Consider: New album drop is coming up, he’s worried about people buying it so he fakes the phone breaking for sympathy phone bux, and just pretends the old one is a new one once all is said and done.

He's said in the past this his current landlord is aware of his channel and is a fan. He could be lying, but I don't think he is. I think it's definitely possible, between Clint seemingly getting to the point of no return with him, and his constant spraying of alcohol on camera all over the apartment, it's certainly something that could happen. If trolls send his landlord videos of him spraying booze everywhere on a chair filled with cigarette burn holes from passing out, while also smoking indoors, I could easily see him being evicted again. Wyoming is pretty rough when it comes to eviction too, you don't get much time to get your shit together.

His apartment complex is not section 8. His landlord is a fan of his videos just like the Casper PD, the IRS, Frosty's, and his old landlord. Josh is poison for anyone wanting to fill apartments. Read the reviews online for his old place or the current one and they are filled with fake one-star reviews that reference Josh in some way. There's another apartment complex that was mistakenly thought to be the current place and is review bombed with the property owner replying to reviews trying to dispel the idea that this certain individual lives there.
