There's multiple buildings with dozens of units on each level of building, and probably only a single building manager in an office. It's much easier to fly under the radar, especially if he isn't spray painting and smoking inside the apartment anymore. His first apartment seemed more like it was the actual building owner that dealt with him, or at least a smaller operation, while Jorp was also a lot more noticeable with the mess.
I think it's definitely possible, between Clint seemingly getting to the point of no return with him, and his constant spraying of alcohol on camera all over the apartment, it's certainly something that could happen. If trolls send his landlord videos of him spraying booze everywhere on a chair filled with cigarette burn holes from passing out, while also smoking indoors, I could easily see him being evicted again. Wyoming is pretty rough when it comes to eviction too, you don't get much time to get your shit together.
For the longest time I assumed Cobes was part black. He just looks sort of mixed to me.
