It says in the police report that Clint reported Josh had been making suicidal and homicidal comments ( like a true edgelord) and Clint was worried about his and Josh’s safety. So yeah Clints a big pussy. He couldn’t snatch up boglim boy and throw his drunk ass in the van? He needed the police? He’s a blackout drunk boglim with a magic wand. The police left Clunt with the impression that Jorq was headed to a shelter/facility of some sort. Granted Nips didn't bother to stick around and make sure his son actually made it there.

The heat was off at the rehab/detox so the cops have Josh like 3 options and of course bog brain chose the only one that would end up costing money. He wouldn't go to detox because... alchy. He wouldn't go to the hospital because an evaluation of his mental health/drinking was mentioned. So off to the vomitorium it was.

That cop did everything she could to give him a break. She couldn't release him into the wild because he was blackout drunk and it was cold as goth balls.

It's speculated that in his statement Clint talks about Josh's mental condition or makes reference to it, since something like that would be censored out for privacy. Of course, in that video they joke about what it might say, Im surprised they didn't specifiy that that was a joke.

My pet theory is that josh was going on a tangent about the trolls which lead him to talk about how the trolls are trying to put him in a group home and he probably said he'd kill himself before that happens or attack clint.

Its funny how things work out and also how screwed the system is. Josh was so close to being admitted to a rehab place, something we've all kind of wanted to see, and he's turned away because of heating issues. And instead hes booked and his bad boy ego just grows. the roach luck, I swear.
