The apartment recently was sold and/or transferred to new management — hence the change to a non-smoking facility and the recent increase in management replies to Google reviews etc. Someone claiming (and allegedly verified by Oprah) to be a Conquistador resident told the Reddit that units are slowly being redone. It COULD be an Old Apartment Saga 2.0.

If true, seems Jord got in under the slumlord managers and might not find his antics so tolerated by the new owners.

The new owners have implemented non-smoking policies, increased rent pricing by a moderate degree, they're attentive to their potential customers and their reputation and they're spending huge amounts of money renovating the complex. I don't think what follows that level of investment is "Keeping around problem tenets." Especially ones that broadcast their psychotic drunken fits to hundreds of people at a time and have a history of causing thousands of dollars in damage. Nobody spends that amount of money fixing apartments for people who have a history of destroying them or being so unstable/drunk that they're potentially capable of putting holes in the wall and shit.

Yeah but you know how Josh is, he misconstrues every situation he's in. It could have been for multiple reasons, who truly knows.

My guess is that some people flagged him for the feminazi thing. Once a site like this gets enough reports, they look at it and just delete it for fear of losing potential customers to un-needed shit-pot stirring.
