The apartment complex recently went under new management and they had been renovating the unoccupied apartments. So that might be the reason for the price going up, But Josh might be in some rent control situation. Someone can correct me, but I remember them being cheaper when the name of the complex was first exposed

The only way to do is it to listen in the background while doing other things and watch occasionally. If anyone is honestly sitting in a computer chair at a desk and watching Cobra for 3 hours without doing anything else they need to seek help.
