There is a rumour floating around the sub reddit at the moment that he got his lift home from the Bar last night from one of his sisters on the orders of Clint (I know subs not that great at good info) and apparently someone got ahold of some one on the staff and he was kicked out for being loud and pulling his cap gun (again I know reddit) but I think it's interesting that he got home quickly than he normally would and that he seems like he's missing his cap gun.

I think that he got a ride home but I don't think it's a taxi, and if it was clint his post bar stream would have been far more pouty and angry but someone has took the cap gun off him I doubt it's the Bar Staff so either a random just took it off him or if the sister rumours true she took it off him.

That's just Cobes not being consistent. His sister was probably sent from Homedad's place to the bar to pick up Cobes.

I don't think Cobes is lying when he says Casper PD knows of him. We know and they know he got swatted and he's just a dork. That's probably why this year's Halloween ended with Cobes alive in his apartment.

It looks like there was a call to the police to investigate a suspicious individual at the same time and location as the office bar at 500 block of S Ash St and 8 oclock (the same time he was there). Everything is lining up to the cops got called and they confiscated his cap gun and called an adult to come pick him up.

I don't actually think it was a troll. I think it was someone who saw him playing with his gun. It was a suspicious person call so he wasn't inside the bar when the police came, which matches up with him saying he "waited for a taxi". That means that whoever called it in was probably there in person.

I think they love him in that Special Needs kinda way, to do care for him but there love is tinged with a hint of sadness an anger towards him for taking up so much of there time and energy they where just not getting a fair share of.

I would think they view him like the rest of his family does, as a burden.

The emotions surrounding families with special needs people involved is really complex they do love him but while it's not quite a strained relationship it's certainly under stress an more complex to understand.

Some jurisdictions do have additional laws around this, but Wyoming does not. The cap gun seller/importer would have violated federal law if they sold it to him without the tip, but if it was sold with the tip and Cobes removed it later, that's technically legal, but the cops would have a basis for confiscating it anyway.

No idea. I couldn't find any examples with a Google search. PACER would be a better place to look but I don't feel like paying the fees for that. I suspect that it gets invoked more frequently as a justification for seizures by customs, especially considering how easy it was for me to find airsoft guns for sale that are probably in violation of this law.
