They might give him something but he probably just ignores it if so. Therapy is not going to do jack squat for Josh. The best it can ever do for someone is give them tools to help sort themselves out. Josh doesn't want to sort himself out he wants to drink and rant until he's dead.

I did some therapy when I was in high school for minor depression. There are handouts that are focused on getting you to write your thoughts down or make weekly plans and unfuck your shit that's making you depressed. But they're really basic stuff that's not really aimed at helping your mental issues as much as they're trying to encourage you to get your shit together and make lifestyle changes that will positively affect your depression.

If Cobes is getting any handouts, he isn't actually filling them out and turning them back in.
