Bearded dragons are one of the easier reptiles to care for but there's no doubt in my mind that Cobes will fail and kill the thing. Vets who do reptiles are pretty uncommon. I wouldn't be surprised if there aren't any in Wyoming and the nearest one is in Denver.

Hopefully Cobes does all his spray painting outside now. I know on the recent Snake Bones they mentioned Cobes met Goldfinger because he was spray painting outside. The fans will definitely make sure the lizard is well stocked with goodies. And someone needs to hammer in his boglim brain that animals can't eat weed. I don't know much about big lizards but that enclosure looks pretty bare bones.

I love bearded dragons. They make great pets. Used to have two that that died recently. One was 14 years old, the other one 16 years. That being said, I already feel sad for the little bugger, knowing he will probably not survive more than a year or two in his care. I really hope he escapes the clutches of this mongoloid to live a life in freedom, even though he will probably die due to predation in the wild, which will still be a better outcome than being a pet in Saunders care.

This can go two ways, one in which he gains some sense of responsibility, maintains his pet decently enough and has a foot in the door to getting himself better, or (the most realistic way) he somehow lets the thing die of negligence or by accident. I really hope Ian didn't just throw the lizard on Cobes and has enough sense to go by and check every now and then and also to help Josh get started with the lizard, more optimistically Ian might just decide to take it back before something happens to it if Cobes can't wise up quick to the responsibility of owning a pet that needs a decent amount of attention. I'm just hoping he doesn't kill it by feeding it weed or alcohol because he's shown he's retarded enough to do so multiple times before.

I hope so to. I want to be stupidly optimistic that he will take proper care of the poor guy, but realistically he will accidently kill it. I assume he will also use the lathe while the lizard is around and those wood particles are really going to hurt the little guy's lungs, ontop of whatever else people have said in the thread. I swear Ian you better of told Josh how sensitive their lungs are.

I got a dog to help me take care of myself and take responsibility, she's usually the reason I get out of bed in the morning and am something resembling a functional adult.

Obviously not all mental disorders or mental disabilities, or even physical disabilities, can benefit from owning a pet but many of them can.

I would however have picked an easier animal than a lizard for Cobes, like a robust labrador retriever, but who am I kidding he'd probably try to fuck Fido or get it to lick PB off his infested dong.

-Tank looks small, like a 30 gallon. These guys need 50.
-Tank is already fucking gross. at least wash the glass.
-It needs a hide of some sort on the opposite end from the heat light. Beardies need gradients of temp.
-He should replace that repticarpet with some tile. Easier to clean and maintain
-The fucking water bowl. Adds to the humidity in the tank and can cause lung issues.
-He mentioned lettuce, which is essentially water with texture and shouldnt be fed to them. Glad someone sent him silk worms at least.

Hopefully it will be fine. It looks like a younger adult, and they get much easier to maintain as they grow up. If he smokes or paints near it though, its dead in a year.

Add calcium supplementation and feeding schedule to that list. Cobes mentioned reptiles can go a month without feeding. No they can't Josh.... Our boy cant even maintain a basic hygiene schedule for himself...
