I don't understand whats going on with her neck.

at first i thought it was a goiter but those are usually more towards the center. so my guess is either somethings wrong with the artery on her neck maybe just swollen from all the drinking and drug use or one of the many other health problems connected to swollen arteries or its just a weird fat chunk.

its hard to tell because i swear she goes from looking generally normal to looking like some form of homunculus at the drop of a hat. maybe its just what happens when anyone who is not cobra breathes in the bog fumes.
