I don´t know how serious Null is about this plan, but "look don´t touch" always struck me as a very sensible rule when it comes to lolcows.
And you´d think that over a decade of experience with the subject would´ve driven that point home by now.
I´m also surprised how enthusiastic people in this thread are about the idea.
I´d say let Cobes deal with the fallout from this himself, it´s not up to us to protect him from reddit-adjacent retards.

Think Null sees this less as ‘I’m helping this tard out’ and more ‘there are some nice benefits for me and this tard can live there’.

Either way, I’d be amazed if Clint responded to any outreach. If with Cobes, the fucking lottery could tell him he won without even playing and he wouldn’t even answer the phone. Fuck, they could knock on the door with a comically large cheque and he’d just yell to leave it at the door if it’s paid for.

In any case the Jorb Housing Projects plan is regarded and would require a lot of effort both to set up (buying the house, constantly staying in contact with both Clint and Cobra, arranging the move, writing up a contract, setting up utilities, etc, etc) and to maintain (wrangling Cobes, wrangling ayylawgs, wrangling the homeless leeches good friends and BPD maniac succubi of-age consenting GFs), which is not compensated at all by the EXTREMELY slim chance that he'll handle Lolcow LLC business mail. Cobes's brain is swiss cheese, and the holes are growing every day.
Just imagine the very likely scenario that the scanner he'd be using spazzes out: Cobes would have no chance of troubleshooting it by himself. Instructing him remotely would also be almost impossible and extremely aggrevating, so you'd have to get someone else to do it, which would be a whole separate ordeal. Plus there'd be a good chance that he'd just smash the thing in a drunken rage.

A trailer, camper, minihouse, whatever would be good for him, but he would need to choose it himself.
We all know he won't listen to Clint especially if it's "Some guy crowdfunded you a trailer". He would die trying to figure out the troll aspect of this situation.
