According to the zoning map it's considered R1-ResidentalHe can't build that unit at 1361 Trojan because it doesn't have a lot size anywhere near big enough for this zoning class. It's only 0.25 acres or so, it's in a dense part of Casper.


This is a smaller lot nearby that is not their house, R2: One Unit. I'd imagine he could get an ADU at 1361 if it meets the size restraints. IDK though I'm retarded and not familiar with the nuances of Casper, Wyoming.
