Imagine the smell. There is no actual way that a person would try to enjoy this, much similar to Cobes' previous slops. Also, no matter if his eyes are not bulging up or looking functional, he still looks retarded. I think he does, but I assume far too later which was why pre-surgery Cobes have crossed and retarded eyes. Cobes always wear glasses, but there are some stream where the Boglim does not wear eyeglasses.
