I don't have my medical text book with me but basically, gums get infected, infection gets into bloodstream, that jaw is close to the brain. You are all sorts of fucked.
An innumerable amount of things could happen with these teeth. Sepsis is most common, Josh has a fair chance of dying of that, it's not uncommon for people to die in the hospital from sepsis and it can be caused by something as dumb as an untreated tooth infection. In his case there are multiple infections at once and his organs have taken a battering so septic shock could easily kill off a lung or his liver. I'd put money on sepsis or maybe a clot from the bacteria moving through his blood stream, it might cause endocarditis. I'd be surprised if his heart could take the hit.
Osteomyelitis.
His nerve endings might very well be dead already. I had a dental abscess once that required a root canal and it was the worst pain I ever experienced. Shooting pain into my entire face and skull. But at some point the pain vanished and my dentist explained that an abscess can restrict blood flow to the nerves attached to the tooth and without oxygen they die. It's evident he feels some pain and sensitivity to foods when eating but it's likely those are the last few functioning nerves left in his mouth.
The gaslighting is off the charts. Holy shit. Did she want to do a cam show or is this legit the only place she can stream from that hasn't banned her yet?

I just can't see him committing to any long term medical care. He couldn't in 2020 when he was way more cognizant.
It makes me sad knowing Josh probably set up the terrarium in his new place, took a few seconds to look at it, sighed and walked away.
And then he lied to himself about Puff still being alive for the millionth time, if he even believes his own bullshit anymore. I think he still does to some extent.
