Yep it sounds like Clint put his foot down after one of his last drinking streams. I think it is obvious he was grumpy during the Halloween stream because he was being pressured not to drink (as much).

I didn't notice that but your right, I just chalked it up to him being stuck in on a night he normal goes out on and having limited booze but I can see him pouting because clints got him doing some therapy / treatment or Clints actively policing his drinking by making sure he's not got much booze to hand as part of his "Rental" agreement.
