From my understanding of how they work I would assume it isn't in force any more if she still lives there if he was spending the night and such. It's my understanding that if she had proof of a violation she could go after him for a period of time after the violation to avoid causing a scene at her parents house so there's no reason to think she wouldn't if it was still in place unless it was all talk but him not attending the funeral "to not make her uncomfortable" makes me feel the opposite may actually be true and her parents were cowing her into not enforcing it.
tl;dr: I'm a retard and don't know either so enjoy my speculation

There's a zero percent chance it will be a nothing burger. When Ozzy dies he will likely break multiple phones as alogs will be bombarding him with AWOOOGAS and he will be extremely drunk. My only fear is other than the RIP OZZY short airplane mode video he will not stream and he will just be tortured and hammered off camera.
The steady decline of the cobraverse has been sad. First he stopped leaving the house, and now he has stopped streaming. I'm sick of prosciutto sandwich videos and soda reviews, ozzy needs to hurry up and die to shake up the content.

Because he is the definition of a poser. He's not going to be able to name B side tracks off of Black Rain or Down to Earth. As far as Dio goes, I don't think he knows anything about Dio other than maybe Holy Diver and Rainbow in the Dark.
He certainly doesn't know Dio's stuff with Sabbath, I bet he doesn't even know who Rainbow was, and to go back in Dio's history even further (Elf, Ronnie and the Prophets and Ronnie and Red Caps) would be a waste of time.

The answer is usually, "I like them all." Whenever he lists his favorite ozzy songs, it's always a mix of hits, b-sides/covers, and sabbath songs. I wouldn't say he only knows the "hits", because he's probably the only person who actively listens to the stupid shit, like the miss piggy song and the abba cover. Its all the same to him. He used to say dio sabbath was "alright", and that he just preferred ozzy more. Then at some point, way late, he found out about their beef and changed his tune to, "dio sucks, that's why he died first."
