Is that part of the condition? I never undertand that honestly, because there´s autists that can clean themselves, and they do, but I remember Chris Chan, autist, never bathed, Daniel Larson. Autist, low IQ tard and literal skitzo, never never bathes and used the same shirt for almost a year, and of course Cobes, who reeks more than fucking tophiachu in summer and has rotten poop nails and even his food is infected

So why? is really for the condition or the individual plus the condition?

I'm not going to fully powerlevel, but I've known many autistic people. It comes down to the individual. Yes, the lack of social understanding or caring helps with not showering, but I've mostly found it's incredibly lazy or depressed autists who don't shower. There's many who do keep up their hygiene just because it helps them feel good.

It's just another indicator of Cobra's decline, and really doesn't have much to do with his autism.
 
Hopefully it’s just food poisoning and the BOY bounces back like a gothic phoenix after a few days. Plot armor won’t always save you from the consequences of your food hacks, bud.

Sounds like a really bad case of food poisoning, maybe we're finally getting the bogtulism arc. The guy did just start making mead again and he handles raw meat right without washing his hands all the time.

I had a case a few years ago, it was so bad I had to get a saline bag at the hospital because I couldn't keep fluids down.

I hate to be in the "nothing ever happens" camp, but it sounds like a really severe hangover / dehydration which I'm honestly surprised we don't see him struggle with more often.

I'd agree with that if he hadn't been complaining about not being able to lay down for weeks because of the pain. Sounds like his liver is screaming for sweet relief.
