He's gonna get an ultimatum where he's offered to stay back with Clint and change his shit or group-homed. He will take a third option and end up bumming with homeboys for a while and we'll get some delightful episodes from that.

edit: how the fuck are people hearing what Clint is saying to him? The Reddit is saying they can hear him too and I have headphones on with the volume cranked and can't hear shit.

Same thing happened with his Friday and Saturday streams, they took ages to process on YouTube and the same thing is happening with todays streams taking a longer than usual time to process so I think its a YouTube problem

Huh. So apparently he got the boot (partly at least) because the landlord watched his last few videos. I don't feel particularly great about Josh getting kicked out, but this video is pretty funny just because you can see he is on his best behavior because you know he thinks the landlord is watching again.

"I'm a mature adult, I'm going to act like a mature adult" he says as he swirls his cotton candy vodka around in his Hogwarts cup, and inhales for the delicate notes.

edit: just got to the end where he says fuck it and lights up a cig. what a jerk tenant.

I can't imagine there weren't neighbor complaints on top of it, he's routinely screaming at the top of his lungs and in at least one instance there's a neighbor looking in through an open door as he's shrieking into his webcam.

R.I.P. Cobra Craft Wands, Casper WY. I'm surprised he lasted as long as he did there. He plays his guitar WAY too damn loud to be living in an apartment building. He sings horribly at all hours and I'm sure his neighbors are sick of him. Yeah, it sucks he could be homeless but let's not overlook how horribly disrespectful he's been to his landlord, the property, and his neighbors. You can't act like an old-school rockstar villain and not expect to get treated like one.

Seems like the landlord has wanted Cobes out for awhile and something recently has allowed him to go ahead and do it. I would guess that stupid microphone might've pushed things over the edge. Josh has been smoking, drinking, making wands, playing guitar for a long time now. $6,000 worth of damage but the landlord hasn't been in the apartment. They just want him gone. Not like his Dad is going to let him go homeless. It sucks but he'll be fine.

The landlord did an inspection of his apartment yesterday. Then dropped the bomb today. Of course Josh mentions none of this on his lives today

He lived in the ground floor and apparently was smoking so much that the cigarette smoke and spray paint fumes were flowing into the vents and into the upper room not unlike Seizure joked about recently. I can't imagine how much he was actually going at it to actually ruin a completely separate unit, but there ya go. I know cigarette smoke is a bitch inside a dwelling but jesus.

He's dropping a new batch soon, but that could be his last if he isn't able to land a new studio. If I were his dad I'd put a trailer on my land and let him go loco. Take out a life insurance policy and wait for Cobes to set himself ablaze. At least a complex of 25 tenants won't be going up. Truly, the only way to keep Cobes protected would be to have him monitored. Way too expensive, Cobes would absolutely hate it and probably end up self injuring. There aren't any perfect options here. Pops needs to let him live risky, free, and fifty yards or so from the next neighbor.
