I don't think it's a fake reply. Timestamp glitches can happen, it's possible to screenshot a reply that you just got, and there's hundreds of comments saying similar or harsher things to acvalens.

You wouldn't need to fake evidence in that situation; it would take even more effort to do so than to just screenshot a real one.
