Well, la de da. There's a legal principle called res ipsa loquitur. Hunter S. Thompson was rather fond of using it actually. Means "the thing speaks for itself." In this case, what Jace said is what matters, not what he later characterized it as.

As far as all the complaints about journalism, yeah, I get it. It's not good journalistic practice. You don't have to worry about me being a shitty journalist, though, since I'm not going into journalism. I was kind of hoping to wait to hold on to the interview for the future to reference in a story if/when Jace is finally arrested, but after Jace said he was going to release it himself and I kept getting bugged about it on Twitter so I released it. Still getting bugged on Twitter, but whatever.

I fully admit this was a stupid and crazy thing to do. I just hope something good comes out of it.

At any point did you regret you're interview with Jace realizing that he was a harmless loon who is more of a danger to himself than others, or did you just want to get a good quote to further your agenda?

Alright, look. I'm only going to explain this once, and more than likely, everyone else is going to explain it again and again. You seem like a nice guy, Reuben; you're not like the other cows. You can probably learn with that spongy I'm-going-to-lie-about-being-a-journalist-and-totally-ruin-my-ethos head of yours. Now: your goal was to make Jace incriminate himself, right?

Tough shit, that won't hold up in a court of law. 5th amendment and all that. Second, Jace is a convicted felon; he posed no serious threat to Wu, to you, or to any SJW. Third, Jace wouldn't be put in jail. It's pretty clear that due to his mental state, he'd more than likely be put into a mental hospital for some time until he's declared safe to be around normal people, or he'd be forced to stay under the care of his lovely mother. Finally, there's no point in you trying to fight for Wu. Wu is a manipulative tranny cunt, whose only sole purpose in Gamergate is to make herself the sole victim of whatever misogyny that is allegedly in the gaming world. If you're so close to her, you should already know this:

Wu is a fucking moron.

You understand how eerily similar she and Jace are? She claims lordship over the SJWs of the anti-Gamergate movement, and Jace usurps command of the pro-Gamergate side. They're nothing more than the polar ends of a vast spectrum of stupidity, so much the same yet so much the opposite; they're both poison. You submit yourself to Wu because she claims to fight for what's right, yes? What exactly has she done? Complain about alleged death threats, accuse 8chan of being a hate group solely targeting her, complain about this, about that, about every fucking thing from here to Andromeda - you get the pattern, right?

Jace, on the other hand, is our kind of moron. Someone who's so seriously into what he does that it's actually funny. It provided us so much entertainment listening to that 37-minute "interview" where Jace owned you like Leopold owned the Congo; if you're not familiar with history, all you need to know is that the Congo was stained red for a while. You see, Jace has something Wu lacks, and that's charisma. We all know he'll fail. We all know Wu will fail. That's what makes it funny.

Now, you're faced with several options, but I'm only going to give you two.
The first option is pretty simple. You go away, never speak of this again, and continue to suck on Wu's ersatz teat while she continues to be a little cunt.
The second option is you actually do some research on Jace while you're here. There are plenty of topics regarding his missions, his lifestyle, and there's even a bunch of articles about him on the lolcow wiki. Then you can actually provide a more compelling argument for as to why Jace - in your opinion - needs to be incarcerated; surely enough you can manage a little rhetoric before the SJW consumes you from your asshole outward, right?

The choice is yours, man. We don't fucking care.

I'm aware of his mental illness. I think an institution might be the best option. If not that, some sort of alternative care-taking. It's clear his mom's been hurting rather than helping him with his problems, and his friends just enable him.
