ALSO, maybe try having game sessions on both Friday and Saturday? Wednesday had fewer and fewer people join because it's a weekday, and looks like there're people who can't quite make it on Saturdays. And it's already summer, too. You could at least organise a trial game session or create a poll on the matter. idk
Sunday evenings would work better for me than Friday.
 
In my case im free every tuesday, friday, saturday and sunday night at arround 6 to 10pm. depends on my school work and if i got a test that week but im flexible.
 
RE the times as long as Saturdays current time stays more or less as is that works for me. My timezone is fucked and that's Sunday morning over here, so adding a session on Friday ET time/whatever would be pretty neat. Might be worth doing another poll with whenisgood again though tbh

Last time I polled it seemed like the viable sunday times didn't really overlap with what worked for me vs going to church. I guess I could put up another poll but I'm really tired of messing with the play times I will think about it.

Worth a try, the VG dudes were fairly well behaved

Nah I am a lot happier focusing on getting all my work hours in on the weekdays that really sucked and then to top it off attendance fell off

Sure can, they're named emergency shutters in the construction list (that also reminds me I need to update the icon for it in the wiki, it's incorrect. Whoops). It is potentially worth noting the electronics you need can be a bit of a pain in the ass to get your hands on as they're not your standard circuitboard, they're the air alarm ones

That's definitely in as well, not sure how old that note is though so it might be something you patched
 
BUG - [Player PM] PubbyTears/(Fate Nek-Beered)(?): the cargo train tug has its own specific verb - Unlatch, which creates its own tab just for this one verb every time you approach it.
I played around with the cargo train and Unlatch is not its only verb. That being said, I still don't think an entire new tab for just ~3 verbs is justified, given that it freezes your client for a moment every time the tab appears/disappears. I'll make a fix for this shortly.

I agree that it's really confusing whenever this happens, but IMHO a message like "Your headset malfunctions and turns off!" appearing in chat would give enough of a clue as to why you aren't hearing anyone over the radio anymore.

I can testify that sleepers indeed work correctly.
PRIORITY - MEDICAL - add basic medical chems to sleepers (kelotane/bicaridine/dexalin)
Dexalin is already on the list, but as for the Kelotane and Bicaridine - that would be a good buff, given that almost nobody signs up as Chemists to produce them.

I agree, based. I did not play cargo much, I tend to just pick a job and then that is what gets fixes once I have played it a bit. Cargo sadly really needs population to function so I have not touched it much nor have many others.

I think they're mostly on a rack in the equipment room, had a look at it just now and there's like 5 there (though tbh that might have been from you fixing it already so ignore me if that's the case lol)

That's reminded me @geckogoy just from what you confirmed yesterday again if it's not already in a new version of your notes file, currently players can't hear anybody in a local sense when in a sleeper. It does look like players can speak while in one and it will be heard by others locally, but unless the response is over common or another channel they can't hear squat so there's that too. You can however see verbs for people gesturing

I'm more of an idea guy, feel free to do what you intended to do since I'm fine with that anyway (you can still use EMPs to disable the microphone and kidnap people after all)

Horrifying that you had to do it that way but PR was so dead simple it should be safe, merged

Dangit. I have rolled out an experimental fix, either everyone is deaf now or you will by default hear outside speech whilst inside an object. I suspect the .locs var changed meaning at some point so this was a latent issue introduced by moving forward in versions

Just dragged a fren online to test and fortunately it's the latter so that works now, nice

The "welcome to space station 13" one with the chime? Yeah that's working, heard it in both rounds yesterday
 
yeah I tested it and I'm just dumb, everything works okay.
Though I did manage to catch 2 other bugs in the process:
  • alt clicking PDA to remove the ID from it no longer works;
  • these 2 map oddities

Anyone want to help me test chemistry? I need a guinea pig to test some mechanics ASAP. All my solutions are mixed. Chemistry is out of power so it wont be a long round.

Every time you see Bobby in Botany in the future, he will be growing bananas for clowns. The mime may have some if the clown is dead or SSD just for the sake of mischief and merriment. Shaniqua in chemistry may also prepare some fun stuff for you.

Speaking of chemistry, you are all getting injected with retard juice if you cross Shaniqua.

Edit: retard juice may not be as powerful as thought
