i have some more plant textures to show please tell me what you think also i haven't looked but is there a full list of plants and mutations for them so i can make sure i get every thing

Do you think you got all of them? I overall like this so it could go in pretty quickly, one piece of feedback is I think the tower caps are a bit too bright green on the tip it looks a bit weird. Also I am not 100% sure which bushes go to which fruits

EDIT: also mushrooms 6-8 dead sprites dont look dead enough to me I think it would not be obvious they were dead unless you had live ones for reference

Also I am less fond of the crab people, I do feel the legs are going in a good direction but the hands and body are too human. You could even bring it down much lower and wider and have the crab claws come up a bit above the top of the crab to match the hand position of humans which I think could look pretty good (not my image).

No i don't have all of the plants example being eggy is a mutation of eggplant that is just an egg I saw it was in there so i thought i would need to put something in there for it witch is why it would be nice if there was a list for the plants in use. AND finally the way the plants work is that there all lined up in order of growth cycle to harvest model to what you get when you harvest it and the last two repeat till the dead model witch then starts a new plant after it .there are some exceptions like mushrooms being that the final growth model is the harvest. also for the crab a lot of shit lines up on it ie ,pda,belt,vest,hats,backpack,masks,ect witch is why i did it that way so what if his head stayed in the same place and had realy long crab legs and a tail for the torso

I did send you a list in conversations but it seems it is gone (it was the doing of niggers), I have processed the seed datums file to make a new one that includes the kiwi fruit as well. How does this work?

I think sacrifices to item compatibility need to be made to make a cooler crab. Could take the old gas mask and have that be the item sprite for a special crabmask that only fits crabs for instance. Also wouldn't be that hard to make them their own PDA icon it just needs to be a few pixels that is supposed to be a PDA

Suggestion on crabs, a lot of them have a dominant claw. Maybe they could have one of their hands permanently occupied by a large claw that does extra damage and reduces damage taken like a buckler. I already play with the perk where half of my body is disabled so this is definitely still playable. Custom races with big gimmicks are my favorite.

is there any new plants anybody wanted i know about cotton but is there any thing else?
Tobacco might need a set of sprites, had a quick look through the .dmi files under hydroponics and I can't see any for it in the coods current state (that or I'm blind). I can see a // TODO for it in the seed packets .dm file as well so it still needs to be written back into the game in general anyways
 
We have gases and solids but do we have liquids ie could you flood the whole station with water and drown everyone?
Oh, no

There was some really old submarine mod that used the gas system to make 'water' spill in from hull breaches which later caused people to make barotrauma, but it was rather jank and we dont have any of that
 
I think that would be something interesting to experiment with whether by just having it be a gas that slows players down when it fills so much of the tile and then have a better visual representation of it to make it look more like water
