The video is a recording of a prayer call in a mosque in Riyadh, and this guy seems to be spamming Islamic videos to Emmanuel Macron, the NRA, Dean Obeidullah, basically anyone posting anything with high interaction. He likely wants people to see it out of curiosity and convert or something..
