I'm assuming the poster knew he had epilepsy? If that's the case than I honestly feel this is very cut and dry.

Yes, he did, and admitted it. While I agree with the general legal reasoning the court is using I personally don't believe Eichenwald suffered a seizure. I think he made it up for attention.

That said the defendant specifically and explicitly admitted he did what he did to cause a seizure because he knew Eichenwald had epilepsy. He's probably guilty of a criminal attempt attempt even if Eichenwald straight up made it up. It's too bad he won't get cross examined about his long history of lying about epilepsy, for instance his claim his epilepsy somehow forced him to operate a child pornography website and write checks to a child pornographer to create child porn. His claims are not credible with his history of lying specifically about epileptic shit as an excuse for bad things he's done. But apparently the defendant is expected to plead out.

This should be a reminder to all right-thinking Americans that they should never help the police if they can avoid it.

Some people have called the honorable American veteran in question a '/pol/tard'. I will not comment, but if this man is representative of /pol/tards, that is concerning, as he clearly retained conservative values of helping a foreign-run police force (the FBI) that would target him with death as soon as eat a hot dinner on the taxpayer's dime.

The only time you should help a police officer from a force that wants to kill you is if a lawyer who is actually sympathetic to you suggests it is safe and bad for your enemies to do so.

You should never, ever talk to police who are investigating you personally, but specifically, never ever talk to the fucking FBI. If they just decide they don't like what you said they can prosecute it as a crime. Look what happened to Martha Stewart for what was basically an otherwise barely winnable insider training case. But she got caught in a provable lie and it was game over.

Also look at what happened to Richard Jewell, the innocent man who got briefly blamed for the Centennial Olympic Park Bombing. He got publicly smeared all over the country despite cooperating because they couldn't get their shit together and realize he didn't do it and almost certainly saved lives with his action. But they developed some narrative of him as doing it out of being some kind of attention seeking weirdo instead of just doing a better job than anyone should have to as a security guard.

Of course this isn't that, he's an idiot who committed a crime, even if it was against a complete asshole like Eichenwald. I do not believe that he had a seizure from some gif. I believe that has happened from time to time, but not to this lying sack of shit.

Also, any Ammurrican conservatives stupid enough to think, despite these warnings, that they can play with the FBI should bear in mind that they will routinely:
  1. Secretly record interviews with targets (and if the FBI is talking to you, you are a target, not a 'witness' or even a 'suspect')
  2. Accuse targets of lying to them on the basis of their memory of the interviews (rather than the recordings, which will be absent in such cases).
So, if they don't 'catch' you 'lying' on some trivial detail, they will simply lie about it themselves. It goes without saying that there is no downside to surreptitiously recording yourself telling the FBI or other secret police organizations to talk to your lawyer, and that you should not let them know in any way that you are doing so, or they will destroy the recording device.

The final archived tweets were about “the Jews and their lies” and referred to Eichenwald as a “vile propagandist.”

The guy seems like an idiot though. Having an image of Kurt's wiki on his iCloud account with the death date edited in is truly exceptional.

I mean, he was obviously just memeing after Kurt's ridiculous 'Kurt's wife' tweets. Note how they try in the article to imply that they indicated some sort of 'plan' to kill Kurt rather than just having a laugh at his lies afterwards.

Lol, this faggot Eichenwald is still crying about this nonsense? Funny how they don't mention his addiction to tentacle porn.

The 'this is his wife' tweets are classic if you see the whole string of them. He clearly wrote them.

@Superman93 are we allowed to mention Eichenwald's ethnic origin in the course of discussing whether he made up a bunch of lies and pretended to be sick to exploit a vulnerable veteran?

(The 145 page thread on Eichenwald is here)

But he's not addicted to tentacle porn, he just used that as an excuse for being caught with a porn tab up.

I'm fairly certain that this has already been posted but just as a quick refresher on that incident:

Has Kurt eichenwald attempted to contact kiwifarms or try to sue? He seems very litigious, so I’d be genuinely surprised he hasn’t at least emailed Null in an attempt to intimidate him into taking this thread down. He did take down Jew Goldstein, so who knows what he’s capable of 😱.

No, Moon is a jewish last name so he contacted Null on their secret telegram accounts and moved money from Nulls account to Kurt in the bank of Israel.

If the police come up to your door on a neighborhood canvas asking if you've seen a 10 year old girl that disappeared a few hours ago and you tell them to "fuck off" on principle despite having seen your local John Bulla grab her and put her in his van, you're an asshole, not a patriot.

But if they come asking if you sent a flashing gif to a guy that allegedly has seizures, that's a different story.

I'd say any reasonable person can tell the difference but we see a lot of unreasonable people around here. Sending such a gif when easily traceable for a gag is pretty stupid to begin with unless someone is looking to make caselaw...
