Someone should contact Kylie pretending to be a supporter and fan, and have a conversation with him via Twitter or email or whatever (or as much of a conversation as one can gave with Kylie, meaning not much of one). Focus on transsexual issues and transitioning, and then slowly make it apparent that you think he's actually a successful and passing female-to-male transsexual. Just to see what happens.

Kylie isn't looking for work.
All of his expenses get payed and he can go to university for as long as he likes.
He will spend the next 20-30 years studying (dropping out after 2 semesters, start a different course, drop out, rinse and repeat).
Even if he gets hired by some company (which is unlikely since he has no qualifications other than constantly dropping out of college), to keep up his current lifestyle he would have to earn CAD 100-150k .
