I think I can overshare a little bit and tell you that I'm originally from one of those "grey areas" of Europe. No country that Kyle covered, but in pretty close proximity to ones he has. (Badly, I might add)

If Kyle lived in that area in WWII, the last thing he'd do is be a partisan, blow up railroads or commit any other sabotage. Why would he? That stuff could get you killed. No, he'd probably lay low or even collaborate. What he definitely WOULD DO is wait for the Soviet "help" to arrive, the war to end at which point he'd join the local communist party so he could start kissing ass and deal out death and send people to labor camps on a whim.

That's why I have no real pity for him when I look at his twitter, I know the makings of this kind of person.

I'm actually from Europe as well, and from the country that he covered in his videos few times (badly). And my country was known for Military service, that you (as a male) needed to serve between your 18 and 27 birthday, unless you had some medical reason why not. Its no longer possible, because Military costs a lot, so now it is replaced with professional Army.

But me and my friends have a saying, "If Military service still existed, we wouldn't have pussys (like Kyle) in our Country". Christ, I am from a notoriously passive aggressive people and Twitter bio whining like that is distasteful even to me. It does seem reasonable to point out that people with >30K followers are considered to be in the "celebrity" range, and Jourdain somehow has 36.4K followers and a hallowed blue check so discussion of her as public internet figure seems fair, even if who her actual fan base is remains a mystery. Kyle only has 19.9K followers and no blue check mark, meaning she is technically the more famous of the two despite his TGWTG/CA exposure, a fact which surely never came up in their relationship or wounded Kyle's fragile ego.
