TGWTG Kyle Kallgren / Oancitizen / Brows Held High - Afraid of the Eggnog Ninjas, "Male Feminist" that Abuses Women, 2nd-rate Cinema Snob, Hugh Hefner A-Log, Fat Creepy Incel Cuck

How do you fuck up so bad as a community/website/group that nearly every single one of your content creators makes it on here?

I mean, I know Lordkat and Marzgirl are exceptions but, for the most part, anyone I can think of from TGWTG has made it on a -Chan or the Farms in some way or another as cows. It's fucking bizarre.

Granted, what makes a lot of the more recent one's cringe-inducing are their political spergfests on Twitter, but still.
Autists can smell their own.

but this time she’s Rap Critic’s girlfriend, appearing in his videos and I think she moved to where he lived so they could live together.

Oh Rap Critic, sure you drank a bit of the SJW Kool-Aid later on (though I don't blame him for being upset about Lil Wayne's Emmit Til line), but you can do better.

Anyway, fast forward a few weeks. It's the Christmas season and I'm in a good mood. I've had some jabs here and there at Kyle but nothing major. After digging, it turns out that Kyle is a huge shut-in and majorly paranoid - he potentially takes medication for his paranoia. We speculated that he was actually schizophrenic. Before he DFE'd he admitted that he didn't like going outside because he was basically afraid of getting killed by (cars|black people|pollution|life) and that he would keep tabs on people walking by his house - if they walked by too much he considered (though never admitted to) calling the police.
Having people scream feminism down his throat over his Girlfriend Experience review was probably the kickstarter down his road to paranoid schizophrenia.
Avoidant of unwanted social contact, triggering issues, and paranoia...

That's an avoidant personality disorder, most likely medicated if he showed signs of tiredness or slow speech. Paranoid schizophrenia would be less realistic, i.e. government is conspiring against him. PS's also have a tendency not to block people because they'd rather see what they're saying so they "know the truth."
The best part about avoidants is when they are put in a situation where they cannot block/avoid/run away and they're forced to deal with it. My favorite is just calling them out and staring them down, their worst nightmare.

Now... if he's actually afraid of eggnog ninjas, ignore my previous statement and someone for god sakes please put some cardboard cutouts outside this mans house because that would be a true Christmas miracle.

Imagine if a bunch of weens made eggnog ninja costumes and paraded around his house.

I remember Kyle was a late-comer to TGWTG right as the wheels were starting to wobble off.

He was originally part of Reviewtopia, his earlier videos were based on really artsy fartsy shlock with some level of shock value.

I don't really have much more to add but he seemed to sort of slide in via Lindsey's group and I think the others just didn't take to him as much as the Chez team did. That and the attitude he supposedly showed Brad and co likely didn't help matters.

Guru Larry did an interview with Chris Chan back in the day and I've seen him comment on mister metokur videos, I have no doubt he lurks here secretly

I think Guru Larry is secretly one of us...

I know for sure that Guru Larry is one of us and it is my greatest of endeavors, nay, my WHITE WHALE to find out which screen name has Larry Bundy jr behind it!

This isn't that far out of the realm of possibility. Theres this site called DeadHorseInterchange that's basically like here except its focused on TGWTG people, along with DSP or Moviebob type characters and calls these "Internet Nobodies" instead of "lolcows" and Larry pops by there every so often.

Ehh... Not too surprised, especially when it's clear as day Brad is/was always better at being (better yet: pretending to be, thus making him much more likable as a person IRL) a snob, anyway, for an example of doing it right.

Plus, unlike Kyle, some of the shite Brad takes on that's not the latest thing in theatres (e.g.: in his Snob persona.)? Takes far more balls to watch without smoking some good shit or boozing yourself up first, compared to whatever the fuck Kyle watches "for our amusement", honestly.

This is the first review of hers I ever watched and it's simply annoying. The way she harps on the gospel soundtrack and asking why they didn't go with New Orleans Jazz instead is a good example of A; nobody cares and B; what a retarded suggestion. As if Jazz would be more fitting for a Greek Mythology cartoon than Gospel.

New Orleans jazz like this?

He was a regular on ED too.

Also, I didn't read the entire thread yet but did the op @Feline Darkmage or anyone else bring up Kyle's Kickstarter scam about a short film he wanted to make that would cost 16 grand?

https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/oancitizen/election-cycle-a-political-satire-with-time-travel

Has anyone actually seen this thing and can confirm if it has any production value that justifies costing 16 grand?

Question: Who's brave enough to say they were stupid and gave him money? It only exists as rewards for backers.

As if Jazz would be more fitting for a Greek Mythology cartoon than Gospel. The Ancient Greeks were early adopters of Christianity, so what's wrong with Gospel again? What makes it even more fitting is they use it to the effect of describing Hercules as being bigger than life and, bare with me this is sort of a stretch I know, praising him like a god. Go figure.
It's also historically more accurate with the whole Greek Chorus effectively acting like narrators talking about what's going on on screen.

So as Disney makes musicals, make them musical and suddenly you have a gospel group belting out songs. It fits perfectly with the concept. And yes, in this version he's born a full blown God and not just a demi-god.

Lindsay lets her politics get in the way of her brain at times.

@LordKaT: That "eggnog ninjas" story was the tits.

Jesus Butfucking Christ - I actually suck cocks, and Kyle is a much, much huger faggot than I will ever be.

Which is a shame, because his "The Man Who Fell to Earth" review was genius. His other reviews would be watchable if he got a decent editor to trim out the parts where Kyle gets long-winded and disappears up his own ass....but then his videos would be less than 3 minutes long.

Seriously, though, can we at least start a Lolcow thread on Matthew Buck? There's someone who deserves a good drubbing, although sadly I reckon that he's just too bland and tedious for his own good. Film Brain? Fucking Boring.

Film Brain strikes me as someone who has ZERO life outside of watching films and making content for CA. I will admit that the annoying way HE TALLLLLLLKKKKKKSSSSS makes me want to lock him in a room with Kyle and a shotgun, and see who ends up pulling a Cobain first.

And on top of it, gospel at least to me has always seemed like a very grandiose genre of music, at least more so than jazz, and the story is about, well, you know, gods. Short of making it an opera, gospel was the best choice for the movie. Though with the whole Vegas thing going on in Hercules, at least I remember it that way, the only other thing that might have fit well for the movie could have been big band music and that would have probably been weird.

I recall him showing up a lot at random in other peoples videos too, I think they were trying hard to push the artsy guy for whatever reason, and it seemed to be a desperate move to me to promote the new talent to gain some traction instead of falling off like their smaller contributors, the only one coming to mind was Blockbuster something or another, but there were a lot of minor contributors to Those Guys With the Autism.
