Those short dudes can be fucking dense, and that lower center of gravity is a bitch to deal with. We had a 5'4 guy on my squad back in school and he was like a fucking rock golem when he dug his feet in, you could not move him. Plus they're usually at the perfect height to jab you right in the kidneys, fuck that.

Although, I do like his suit. It's better than the sweatshirts and t-shirts some of the prosecution's witnesses showed up in at the Chauvin trial. I bet the prosecution bought it for him.

Just turned in to Rackets. What's this about missing footage? The FBI deleted footage that contradicted the prosecution's case?

Yeah, they had HD FLIR drone footage that showed how Kyle and Baldy were walking. Kyle was walking in the same general direction, but pros said he was "chasing" Baldy.

It's withholding exculpatory evidence. One of those guys says they need to move to dismiss.

The drone footage is from the FBI. It is incredibly low quality and edited. The fed agent that testified said they deleted the original footage and we're supposed to believe them.

As far as I've seen there's been zero reasoning given. I believe the judge is holding off on having it introduced unless the full footage can be given to the defense. As it stands now I don't think prosecution can even mention it because it's inadmissible. There's some talk of mistrial but I don't know the possibility of that unless prosecution pushes for it's introduction.
