As it stands now I don't think prosecution can even mention it because it's inadmissible. I think so but they brought the fed up to testify about and introduce it into evidence. During his testimony he said that they didn't have the original footage because it was deleted where all of this came to a head.

One of the main hopes I have for Kyle is that I haven't seen Binger win many arguments among the defense and the judge.. Like did he expect that he could play this without the guy filming it here?

The judge seems like a good dude. It's the Jury that worries me. The prosecution had to run through enough retards to listen and believe any bullshit he spouts no matter the case.
