I love how all the animal print things in the cheetah princess one are leopard print instead of polka dots like a cheetah's markings.
 
I find it so strange that 'goth culture' today is 'allowed' to wear colours, especially bright ones. When I was a teenager, back during the Revolutionary War, a bunch of my friends were goths (I tried being one for about two weeks), and the only colours they ever acknowledged existing were shades of red and dark purples. Occasionally you'd get a standout soul who wore accents in a cornea-melting shade of neon green, but mostly no colours seemed to be 'permissible'. Nowadays they're trying to pile on as many as they can, all at once, with something approaching reckless abandon.

It's all thanks to "scene" culture, which started overlapping with "goth" some odd years ago and the overlap just keeps increasing. And now thanks to Tumblr, we have "pastel goth" and what that entails. I guess it's easier for a 14-year-old to convince their parents to buy something in neon colors with a cartoon character on it than it would to change their entire wardrobe to black.
