http://www.wikihow.com/Convince-Your-Parents-to-Buy-You-a-Mac-Mini

"The Mac Mini is 500, I mean 800 dollars, I mean 699 dollars and is designed for PC users that can't run extreme Mac applications."

Two things I see here:

1. The author can't figure out how much a Mac Mini costs.
2. He is subtly insulting PC users.

>The mac mini is like a pc in as way but a mac.

I don't actually see much wrong with this one. You did something that hurt your kid, now you have to apologize for it. Except it's a transgression pretty much developed in the last fifteen or so years so most parents won't have any idea how to handle it since it wasn't a feature of their lives.

But I'm a freak of nature and think people who go out of their way to embarrass their kids AND dimiss their feelings because they feel it's their right as parents to do so..... are assholes, full stop.

How to be a completely desperate sociopath in 4 easy steps.

...I had to go look at that one, I had to see how they'd justify it...

"Don't suggest the girl splits with her boyfriend unless it's reasonable. Otherwise, she's going to catch on to your plot."

Dude, if you're describing anything involving a relationship as a "plot", that's probably a hint it's something you shouldn't be doing.

...unless, y'know, you're a super villain...

This page became legendary, I don't think anyone mentioned it yet:

  1. Be very cautious about "crashing" a wedding. If you were not able to contact the bride or groom beforehand, and you are sure that you want to proceed, find out the location of the wedding. Unless you have been invited, you will have to find out where the wedding ceremony is to be held, and the exact time. Ask family members or mutual friends if it doesn't appear too suspicious, or perhaps check the wedding notices in the local newspaper.
