Since OP mentioned Rimworld, does anyone know about the Pawnmorpher mod for it? Pretty sure it's one of those mods that can be summed up as the "Author's poorly disguised fetish".

The StarSector modding index gets infected with anime/furry coomer garbage unfortunately. It's even worse considering the lore of the game being human-only and [REDACTED] occupied.

Thankfully, you can change the portraits easily enough so it's not too bad on that front.
