Hambeast and Kacey aren't people who would have him; that's why he's not with them.

I'm saying that the people that would have Chris aren't people Chris would have in return.
Hambeast wouldn't have him, so she left and never looked back.
Kacey doesn't count, she's a troll. But, still, she's not here today.

I think I see what you mean.

The only people who would have Chris are women with similar levels of mental disability. And Chris automatically rejects slow-in-da-minds.

His rejection of other autistics does potentially screw him over. And I kind of hope it does. It is the one thing about him that legitimately makes me really angry at him and think he is a pretty bad person.

I honestly don't believe any woman who would classify as a functional independent adult would want Chris.

He has nothing to offer but utter dependance and sky high expectations for the fulling of his wants/desires.

Until Chunky matures a little more and grasp that nebulous concept that love isn't just a feeling that happens on sight magically he will never be fit as a person let alone a mate and will forever be alone and unable to reproduce.

Thank god for small miracles.

We should breed Chris with Pixy, for science.

But not the human race! The strong genetic factor for autism makes it much more likely to have an autistic child when both parents are autistic. Autists should probably have children with neurotypicals or at least people with a different problem.

Would he? He went on a date with the hambeast and didn't seem phased by it. Kacey wasn't the most traditionally attractive girl either.

Lipitor tells us he gravitated towards the more attractive women at Impulse. That's certainly an interesting piece of info, but I don't know if it means he would reject someone less attractive if she were legitimately interested.

I do see that if he keeps punching above his weight, it might prevent him from meeting less attractive girls. There is only so much time he has at Impulse and most women would be put off by being an obvious second - or tenth- choice. So in a world where he was capable of being with a 4, but not an 8 or 9, he might miss some opportunities at 4's. But if the 4 approached him and made her interest very clear, I don't see Chris rejecting her. Maybe if she fits into one of his precisely defined dealbreakers. Black, smoker, has kids, etc. But not because she is chubby or poor.
With Chris I don't think the problem is him trying to date someone who he finds attractive or even having deal breakers about physical appearance or having no kids (I can't imagine that would end well for anyone involved anyway) it's that the only way he's going to get a girlfriend is if he finds someone with a compatible maturity level which like you said is likely going to be someone with autism or other disability which he has ruled out and also his preference for dating a woman who earns a lot of money and is willing to basically replace Barb as well as raise a child is pretty absurd and Chris isn't even considering what he has to offer in a relationship like that.

Yea part of Chris's problem is he has no awareness of where he is on the 1-10 scale. He just assumes he'll run into a 10 who also thinks he's a 10 and the chances are close to realistic. I think he figures he's reasonable attractive (although I can't fathom why). I mean it is true people usually prefer to date up (men and women). But his case is a little ridiculous considering how much of a gap that means. He would totally date down though. If an unattractive woman wanted chris all she'd have to do is be domineering like Kacey was. He'll totally fold when a woman tells him what to do. And if you think about it this is about the only way Christian is gonna find a mate, is if some mean old hag forces him into it.

Chris would do well with a pixy, kai, or ladyalt type woman. They would both have tugboats, leading them to not have arguments over money. They wouldn't have jobs, so neither would argue over who was more "acceptable" by society than the other. They would both be below physical attractiveness, and jealousy probably wouldn't play into it as much as if he was with someone who was "hot".

If he would drop the standards, he might be able to have a slim chance of finding a potential sweetheart. But he needs to accept that he's not high functioning, and therefore will need to date someone of the same mental caliber, and accept crystal will not be born due to her having the same, or worse, level of autism.

I don't see this happening, but I try to stay optimistic. Maybe one day after Barb is gone, he'll shack up with another autistic/dependant girl and find happiness. Key word is maybe.

Barb and autism. Everyone's mom says they're attractive. Everyone who is not autistic knows she would say that if you were Quasimodo.
Still pretty mean of her to feed his delusions. Then again what else I'd she good for.

I don't think that's how it would work out, Chris would probally be constantly on the lookout for a potential sweetheart he finds attractive.
It wouldn't, it's all hypothetical. But if he could drop the high standards, his shot at a true girl would be much, much higher. It's not the only thing holding him back, but it's a big one.

Chris' apparent expectation has been that he'll be sitting around McDonald's® or another "Attraction Location," absorbed in smartphone and vidya as he "[sits, hangs] and [waits] for a Ms. Right," and then, out of the blue, an Aryan supermodel would approach him, talk to him first, and after love at first sight like on TV, promptly proceed to be a Sweetheart from the Ground-Up, bear Crystal, fix his "biological clock" (apparently by asking him to join her in bed at the proper time), and act as a Barb 2 he can have "hanky-panky" with while he lives as a perpetual child. Probably while still living in 14 Branchland Court with Barb 1.

CWC is single, ladies!

"The tortures of King Henry Tudor VIII" (not that that even makes sense since Henry VII was the first Tudor)? Is this the same Henry who locked his first wife in the tower because she didn't give him what he wanted and sent his fourth wife away for not being pretty?
i peg chris as more like william the conqueror
*hopes someone knows what he's talking about*

For all his posturing, it looks like he's still uncomfortable with being associated with the word "gay". Interesting.
does chris know that he goes to a gay bar? or does he think it's all lesbian souled men and shit?
