Leftist Memes - Or lack thereof...

Uncle Sam should get his own Washington stand.
He doesn't have the power level

Wasn't Venesuela the most recent edition to the "not real communism, is state capitalism" once it failed, even though it was initially lauded by the very same western leftists?
"State Capitalism" is just central planning though, which is an earmark of Communism. You can't have Capitalism with an artificial monopoly, which is what "State Capitalism" would be.

Exactly my point. In attempting to abolish capitalism, communists and anarchists just wind up with an even worse form of "capitalism" than before.

Trying to eliminate hierarchy or "capitalism" is not something that shouldn't be done, it's something that simply can't be done.

This is it, the nib finally peaked. It just needs the thread now.
The Nib has always been really lefty, even when they had good stuff, but what on earth??? Why are they publishing this Oh Joy Sex Toy level shit?

It’s weak and afraid, Matt Bors is losing his grip on the site I believe.

I like how this meme is supposed to make Uncle Sam look weak while Maduro is cheating by having a ghost double up on him. It also doesn't help their image that the two cheaters are flabby fatties.
The cartoonist in question is a tankie lunatic who worships anything that is against the U.S./Israel, even if they are actively worse than these two. Maduro/Chavez are two dictators these asshole supports just because "Down with the U.S.!", nevermind the fact they have killed dozens of their own people for being against their "Revolution". If Israel does it, it's bad, when the "Good Guys" do it he either pretends it didn't happen or handwaves it!

You don't even need to ponder much, plenty of these guys either propose insane "solutions" such as killing all landlords and the wealthy (and they wonder why their causes aren't popular, surely the average citizen isn't in for their country becoming a war torn mess of civil unrest and authoritarianism, no, it's all anti-communist propaganda!), proposing ridiculous taxation reforms that inevitably hurt the middle and lower classes, not only the ultra rich (like extortionate estate taxes, that are also paid by middle class and even working class folk), and so on. Not to mention the ones that defend the Governments of China and the U.S.S.R., nevermind the extensively documented genocides, abuses of power and general disgraces under these regimes!

I'm in for solutions such as U.B.I., factual wage increases and social programs meant to curb inequality. Taxing the wealthy more isn't that much of a problem as long as it's done in a way that doesn't hurt the middle and lower classes. In fact, I consider myself a right winger and I'm in for those because they effectively kill off Communist discourse, it's been done in Scandinavia and those are some of the most prosperous, pro-business countries in the World that also have advanced welfare states!

In the late 19th and early 20th century, the top targets for assassination or violence were government leaders or businessmen who actually listened to the grievances of their subjects or workers respectively and implemented reforms in order to improve living standards.

God forbid the rich capitalists turn out to be mere human beings, capable of either greed or generosity, and not the complete monsters that communists and anarchists make them out to be.
