ALL COPS BEAT THEIR WIVES!

That was 100% universally agreed upon by all the comments.

Also universal was the demand for the cop to be redrawn as a white man, because brown people don't do domestic violence.

Okay, now they're taking a step too far in the opposite direction.

There isn't paragraphs upon paragraphs of text, but now I can't even understand what this is trying to say because now there's not enough context.
In reddit, I think the format of the site allows people to title or caption the image, which might provide the missing context

The context behind these (non)memes is #sharpiegate, a "scandal" involving Trump allegedly altering on a weather map of Hurricane Dorian with a sharpie. I haven't seen any video or credible anecdotal evidence supporting this claim. To sum it up, the context behind these is a non-scandal, that only redditors and blue check marks care about, involving something that ultimately effects no one. My guess behind why the context is simply because of the low-effort, echo chamber nature of reddit, the people who posted them probably assumed that everyone knows what they're talking about.

Do breadtubers taking aspects of the NPC meme after it got completely run into the ground count? Every time I see the phrase "[X thing bad]" it's a title/thumbnail by a youtuber who fancies themselves a left wing intellectual.
