I don't know about Kokiri, but Gorons are definitely blacks and Zora are definitely Asians and Gerudo are definitely Arabs. (i'd say they were jews but they literally used the Islamic symbol for them at one point)
That's what we need in the next LoZ game, urbanization of the lost woods, and Kokiri reservations with casinos.
Birds are just another race of Asians . Like how Japaneses, Chinese, and Koreans are all asians.

The timeline was always terrible and barely matters. It's better to think of the games as (outside of direct sequels) being separate stories with similar settings, characters, and themes. I've held this since before Skyward Sword.

It's for the best that people should ignore the timeline. Else the OoT CircleJerkers feel a need to explain why it is the best game, and how it all ties back to OoT and how you should worship the game.
