It's probably been no small source of irritation to Lena that Grace ( who goes by Cyrus now I guess?) is far prettier, not to mention tall and thin. Here she is back when she still dressed femme, they look more like cousins than sisters:

It was probably a real emotional blow to Grace when she realized that not only had she been molested by her big sister, but her big sister had no remorse or regret for the molestation, and in fact Lena was exposing this past to the entire world in print. It was probably an even bigger blow to realize that her parents didn't even care. Not about the molestation, and not about Lena revealing it to the world at large.

So I'll cut Grace some slack. Lots of victims of childhood molestation have severe trouble coping with their own sexuality. Grace is running away from the biological fact of being a woman. A woman who is a victim. In her mind, if she's no longer a woman, she's no longer a victim.

If she were in her early 20s I would agree, but according to wikipedia she's 27. Combine that with both her business and personal life revolveing around her identity, and I think chances are very slim.

I agree, tbh I don't get the fakeboi vibe from her unlike most other NB/transmen out there on social media. She's actually fully androgynous looking and isn't making herself look like some yaoi anime boy. Given her history of child abuse I fully believe this isn't some trender phase and if this was caused by her past then all the feels for this girl. She needs some serious therapy.
