I imagine that after being banned from so many railroads, the most exceptional coping mechanism would be to replicate those railroads in 1:64 miniature before promptly destroying them on video to vent his anger... little plastic figurine men and styrofoam trees and aluminum track uprooted and torn apart as if by a vengeful autistic god.

Shaner has been banned from several model RR clubs and stores in the area, no stories or further information on that unfortunately...

Agree, off topic, I was more referring to Admiral of the Fleet John Arbuthnot Fisher's interpretation of Nelson when he arranged for the concentration of elements the British Fleet in home waters in anticipation of the coming war with Germany. Fisher advocated peacetime maneuvers and operations in the North Sea, i.e. drill ground = battle ground, though I suppose I should be more correct when I quote historical figures.

@Yellow Yam Scam, not quite, most "volunteer" RR's are historical in nature and primarily provide passenger service in a scenic place. In the case of the Colebrookdale, I volunteer there because it's where I live and it's going a long way to making the town a little nicer, the tourists coming in have brought in a couple of stores and restaurants that probably wouldn't have come to town otherwise.

It's all about the betterment of the community, and the reason that I am here is because Shaner is trying to shit on my community.

Oh and for the record, "Erica" (I told you that your alternate personalities wont help you here Shaner) the name is > Pocket_Sand! < If you are going to randomly try to figure out who I am, at least get my alias down correctly.

I have no idea. I've been watching him since before he went ballistic and started up these pages. It seems to be sort of like when a little kid gets angry. He seems to be thinking, "If I can't play with choo choo trains then no one can so I'll ruin it for everyone!".

Like everyone says, we don't hate on people for any sort of specific trait they have. To be honest this community is extremely diverse and a large number of people here have autism and get treated the same as anyone else. The people who get made fun of are generally ass holes who don't know when they should just stop talking. We do throw around autism as a casual insult here but it's usually not serious.

Oh no, we absolutely know that. There's several other posters here with ASD, and they're generally accepted. Some people do use the term autistic as an insult, but it's more to highlight that the person being insulted is behaving ina socially awkward or unacceptable way than because we think autism is inherently bad.
