On a more serious note, on the topic of Mary's little lambs and the color of their fleece, if Shaner keeps shitposting like he is I'm fairly certain interest will wane, but because of his actions here his name and reputation will be forever marred. Not to mention there are probably other communities less savory than ours who will hassle him a lot more than we are capable of.

But on a shitpost-y note, BrodyQuest constantly plays in my head whenever I see a picture of Len.

Bob is a railroad "entrepreneur" who owns 3 industrial short lines and is the operator (his company operates) on several others. He owns a number of locomotives and cars and leases out to various railroads and industries. He has basically achieved through sheer insane hard work (I'm not really sure if he sleeps) everything that Shaner hoped to achieve. The difference is that Bob doesn't mind serious sustained hard work, whereas Shaner expected everyone to just bow to his awesome knowledge of bullshit and hand him control of things.

Bob = Honest, productive citizen who has made a shit load from busting his ass pretty much all the time, and now plays with trains for profit and fun.

Shaner = Shitlord.

You say you worked on the BM&R in the the late 80’s, so did I. I don’t recall seeing you or hearing your name about. Maybe you worked there when I was off or something. Maybe we can talk some old stories of who we worked with?

You also speak of working on Conrail in the Reading area, so did I. Maybe we can talk about some old stories, remember 'Captain Green Teeth" or "Nickel Nose"? On Conrail you had an employee number, what were the first three digits? I don’t need the whole number. Or maybe I will look for my old roster that will have your name and employee number on it, maybe we worked together?
I’m just trying to clear this up for you and this possible silly little mistake. If you say you are not This Mr. Len Shaner then so be it.

But you have struck a nerve Mr. Smith. You mention of Len Shaners father passing away. If this is true then may he rest in peace and god bless him. Len Shaner was known for posting obituaries about people he said he had known. That does not sit well with some people including myself.
I recently lost a loved one and I would not want thier name posted on a website.
