A master tape is, by definition, a tape containing the original, edited version of a production. It will typically include many things that you, being a gormless twat -- have I mentioned that already? -- are incapable of producing: things like titles, opening and closing credits, transitions, color correcting and grading, a synced and corrected soundtrack, and on and on and on.
What you call a "master tape" is what the rest of the world calls a dump of raw, badly shot, out-of-focus, shaky, unedited video footage and crappy audio from you camera onto VHS. In no way shape or form is it anything even remotely approaching a master tape.
Christ have mercy.

Considering all of Len's replies recently, I imagine that the reckless endangerment charges were because Len wouldn't stop talking and every single asinine, inane thing he spouted slowly drove more people to attempt self harm due to an overload of autism.
His stupidity is so concentrated it contaminates everything around it, much like the fallout from an atomic bomb. An atomic bomb with down syndrome.
