Two things. First, @Saul Goodman owning Hy with the comment that he didn't understand the American legal system (now that we have evidence it actually was Hy, and not conjecture), may have been the most awesome forum post I've ever seen. Second, I kind of feel for Len when his lawyer's willing to lie directly to others, not only about his intentions and motive, but quite likely about events affecting his (Len's) life; unless Hy literally doesn't understand the internet at all, or has seemingly gone senile. In addition, it's a bit sad when their cover story was torn apart, and their big rebuttal contained numerous fallacies.
In short, Len should have gone with Pufferton, yeah he may have been a sock on his hand, but I imagine he'd have a better shot. Yeah we joked Hy may have lost it, or was completely out of his element, but today's showing was sad.

As an addendum, I can't say with absolute certainty that it was Hy, but that's what it's looking like. The "IP space" coming from around the area he lives, eyewitness accounts of him trying to force the judge to use Kiwi Farms screencaps as evidence, the whole spiel about being educated. . .it just seems fishy.

At this point we're merely working with the evidence we have of course. I'm just shocked, and as funny as the Lenspiracy is, if Hy actually buys into this, then it really is sad. Len painted a target on himself, slathered himself in raw meat, and went and took a nap in the lion's den when he went to the chans (image boards, Hy, if you aren't aware internet communities are almost never centralized), in addition to the anon facebook page. As @PropaneAccesories showed, and alluded to, people, and not just those who are from or lurk here, will come crawling out of the woodwork due to Len making himself an easy target.

Len's not desperate, he's at war. Granted, from where we're sitting it's more like a kid playing with those little plastic soldiers, with the bent guns and the toxic warning labels, but to Len this is Korea, Porkchop Hill.

I love how it's not even been a full day since he went to a court hearing over shit like this and he's doing this. There's a reason I love checking in on this thread so much, and all of it is due to Len being the result of humanity's collective autism possessing a broken and dying corpse. It's getting to the point where I can see him being dumb enough to violate bail and stalk @Pocket_Sand! or something.

Normally I'd rate this Winner, but I'm rating this Feels instead because, and I just have to stress this, Len fucking believes that he really is at war with the Kiwi Farms.
This is the kind of obsession that Tumblr and the Loveshies would tell Len to chill out on. I'm eagerly awaiting Sept. 30, but in all I think with Hy now contacting us and the knowledge that Kaufman is participating, we're gonna be getting some more Len milk. And we'll be able to read it this time!
Len is batshit insane even by the standards of some of the nuttier cows we've seen. I don't even think Chris-chan himself was this fucking nuts.
