So I go to work and miss this Hy dude coming in and being spastic. Also the report about the actual court proceedings actually cracked me up, it's like something out of Monty Python or SNL or something. I wish I had been there to see this whole thing come down.

Do you think we should expect more of this stuff because this milk is fresh, cold an delicious and so far doesn't seem to be drying out soon.

I honestly think, after that long lull prior to the pre-trial and all the bullshit Len seems to have put a couple people through, that this whole ordeal is just getting started. I wouldn't be shocked to see Hy go on the offensive (if that was him here today). My only concern is for the people Len will likely harass, and people who will harass Len. Other than it should be full steam ahead for the next 50 days.

I think it's speculation that stemmed from assumptions about what he can and can't do outside the court, ie. doing things a reasonable person would, like NOT harassing and doxing others right after a hearing. If I remember correctly the only thing the court's been confirmed doing is slapping $5000 bail on him.

I genuinely think that Hy must have some kind of mental problems now, whether he had an accident or a stroke or onset dementia or something - and I don't say that maliciously, I mean that it's absolutely staggering that after 1/2 of this thread being about us destroying Len through knowing his IP, it doesn't occur to Hy to maybe not try the exact same thing that Len got caught out for a dozen times in the past.

I can buy an old person not understanding IP addresses, but a lawyer? And after it was explained a million times?

His counsel may have told him to stop doing that, but, AFAIK, there's no limits on his freedom, internet or otherwise, imposed by the court. Again, the only thing they did was essentially put up a $5,000 insurance policy that he and Hy will be back in the fall for round 2. That's it. He is not, as far as I can tell, restricted from trying to keep on doxxing anyone he pleases, running his "Down with Kiwis" empire and crapping his pants in a mix of fear/rage

Absolutely. Hy's entire career as a personal injury lawyer is to be aggressive and in your face about things. Just look at how he questioned everyone present at the trial yesterdays credentials and competency--including the judge's! Hy might take sometime thinking up his next threat or means of attacking us, but he absolutely will, that much is certain. I for one am anticipating how the senile batshit insane elderly lawyers threatens us next time.

Nah - Hy is just a massive bleeding heart with a soft spot for local weirdos and down and outers (Len, artists, musicians, local theater, some nut called "the chickenman"). Lenspiracy aside, he's probably a pretty nice guy. Bit too much of a milqeutoast for my personal tastes but whatever.

He's also very far from broke. I think he's handling Len's case for free or at a greatly reduced cost because (a) bleeding heart, (b) past his prime but still wants to be in the game.

There's a possibility that he actually thinks there is a lawsuit here (maybe just for press coverage) but that only adds more to the already huge pile of bullshit and speculation that is the Lenspiracy.

Also that whole area seems to be rife with loons.
