He has an entire account set up, and is now using that to say that HE is Ross Rowland to defend himself. Whether or not Ross takes offense to this is up to him. As a sidenote, the owner of the Greenbrier Express Company facebook page has declared that his name is "Jeff" and not Lenny. Having experienced Lenny's multiple online personalities for over ten years, I'm betting that it is actually Lenny who runs the page, as the spelling/grammar errors fit his persona perfectly. Plus, why would Ross lie about this?
