The train never slowed up or stop. they didn't have a reason too. The facts are Preston, Bob and George are lying. George was in the caboose he couldn't even see me until he reached me, because the caboose was on the end of the train. Now remember those coaches are 80feet long and the flat car is 70 feet. than the caboose and the locomotive pushing them all up grade.

That was the "defiant criminal trespassing" part, not the "reckless endangerment" part.

A shame then, if the charge is bogus, since you have multiple witnesses including a police officer evidently due to the charge being there in the first place, who all agree you attempted this. I'm afraid the judge is going to take the word of multiple witnesses, including an officer, over your word.

And, Len, I don't know how many times I need to say this, but it doesn't fucking matter what the train was doing. It was speeding? So what? You're being tried for trespassing and the endangerment charges, which I will assume was due to you attempting to derail a god damn train. You could prove that the train had been going 50mph and it still wouldn't change a single thing. The train's speed has nothing to do with you a) trespassing, and b) attempting to derail it.

Also you better respond to @BOLDYSPICY!'s claims already or I will release the totally not photoshopped footage of you kidnapping children.

Are you sure that wasn't just you misinterpreting their body language? It's more likely that they were disgusted by what you were doing.

All I was doing was taking photography of the Memorial day train. I was standing up on the hill side over looking the railroad. I was standing right in front of a hunting tree stand. I wasn't on Railroad property as they are claiming.

So, any plans on how you're going to prove you were standing on non-railroad property? That's a much more important thing to worry about considering that's one of the charges you're being tried on. Not this train speeding garbage.

Len, the fact that someone may have not worked for a railroad company wouldn't mean that they couldn't tell when someone is trespassing on the railroad's property. That's like saying a person can't call a man robbing a convenience store a robber unless they worked at a convenience store.
