I edited my previous post, but I imagine it will get lost in the explosion about to happen. Again, I'll defer to those far more knowledgeable than I, but isn't it a conflict of interest to represent someone who committed a crime against you? If Hy actually made those facebook posts then things are gonna go completely off the rails.

This is where we need boots on the ground. Did Lenny's lawyer show up, or did he just tell the clerk that Mayerson is representing him. He wouldn't necessarily need his attorney there at the the preliminary hearing.

I don't wanna believe it myself, but I feel like applying Occam's razor for this situation and going with the simplest possibility here. Mayerson did seem kinda eccentric in those videos that @Saul Goodman showed us. I don't know how Len could get away with lying on something like that and having it documented officially.

I don't want to immediately jump down Hy's throat for anything, since they just seemed really annoyed when the whole Len business was brought up. All we have right now is a document saying that Hy is representing Len, and while that still is serious business in itself, I don't think it's enough for us to suddenly throw him onto the fire yet.

Where would Shaner ever get the money for a real lawyer? Hy seems to be something of a regional big shot, from what I gather from his website.
Also, docket lists his year if birth as 1969. Another lie, or is he really only 46?

If nobody from the farms was there, it's an easy fix. Wait a couple days and order a copy of the minute order, which is a summary of what happened. Anyone can buy it, it's public record. And yes anyone can call and confirm whether an attorney is representing someone, that's why the info's placed on the docket, for communication purposes.

Oh, just wanna put this out there, but I don't want anyone to immediately start calling up Hy's firm or anything and asking about this shit. The last time the Farms contacted him about Len, they got annoyed (although it did stop the Len-Hy collaboration on Facebook). Unless this goes on for a couple hours after the hearing ends without any change in status, I'd really want to take this with a grain of salt. This might be an outrageous claim, but with cows things can always get extremely outrageous and the last thing we need to do is become Len and start annoying people irl.

The truth is out there.
(1) Shaner is not broke. He has assets.
(2) Hy is an ambulance chaser. He has a fucking tiger on his webpage to let you know how aggressive he is.
(3) Speculation on Len's age is meaningless. He's a very unhealthy 46 YO with brain damage.

When is the pre-trial supposed to be over? And who was SUPPOSED to go? I'm betting either Gook Choy or Kirby went, seeing as they're not here right now.

Under normal circumstances, pre-trial would likely lasts 15-30 minutes, maybe longer in a huge case. That said, this is anything but normal, and they can go up to 2+ hours.

Things of note:
@TopHat, a new Lentorian, has joined us and has given us some stories about Len. One of which was that aforementioned story, where Len attended a thing where people were showing off model locomotives. Len had a shitty one while some kids have some top of the line ones that they had worked hard to buy for themselves, and Len got petty and fried the circuits on one. When the mom confronted him and told him to pay up, Len threw a hissy fit, broke the thing entirely, and stormed off. This is also apparently not the first time he's done it.
Three w.een creations, Internet Bullies, Taking Down Kiwi Farms, and Taking Down Kiwi Farms the website. They're of minor importance and we've just started to ignore them.
Trial's today. So far, we have no confirmation of any Kiwis that are at the trial themselves giving us updates. Either we didn't get any agents deployed, things are extremely abnormal, or my worst case scenario has come to pass and they've all been arrested while Len is proven innocent and ascends to CEO of Colebrookdale Railroad.

It also depends on how many cases are being heard that day, and they are pulled in random order. He could be first or last or anything in between, in the morning session.

Len broke a kid's model train, once by "accident" using the rail's current to fry it, because they weren't letting him run his older setup I guess, then he smashed it (the kid was young 12 or 13). The second one he went ull rage, and smashed a kid's train, then stepped on it.
Also, I don't know how Penn does it, but here, pre-trial is done in blocks, so there's more than one person one the docket and it goes by when you sign in. Also, every time I've been they were short, guilty plea, or whatever. As always, I'm not a lawyer, I don't play one on TV and I'll defer to those who actually know their shit.
