You don't realize how correct you are.

The biggest part of Len's ego has a lot to do with how he handled bullying as a child. Len is very easily duped with spurious information or false information that sounds "truthy" enough to believe. For instance, at work, he prided himself on being a know-it-all and it's no secret he pulled the same smug behavior at the railyards as well. If he was proven wrong, he would simply say things like "I knew that; I wanted to see if YOU knew it." or "I knew this whole time!" This reactionary attitude has impeded his own sense of critical thinking. He cannot attack a question for fear he will be wrong 100% of the time, so he chooses to pretend to know.

That being said, nobody is holding his mother for ransom and forcing him to shove train parts up his cavernous asshole. Len's lead foot has been on the gas pedal because he's upset that he's being made to look like a fool and he can't help himself. While the international conspiracy weening is stale, there's no doubt that some part of him still believes it because he doesn't want to be wrong. Even if Hy and Kaufman are looking at each other and telling Len, "Len, this is fucking ridiculous", he would respond with "Oh, I know" and still believe the entire nonsensical Kiwi International Conspiracy just in case.

I would not be surprised if he screencapped this post and added "I know it's fake." He would be saying it for OUR benefit and not his OWN because he believes everything.
