A diatribe about why a game is not good isn't bad, but it's the sort of thing you should write a blog post for or make a video about instead of posting a huge eyesore of a wall of text onto a YT vid's comment section.

In any case, high triglycerides are related to heart disease and strokes and are often elevated by being a fat fuck. VB probably doesn't eat well, all things considered.

Depending on if you believe void or not she said in a stream with chip a very long time ago that she had a really high metabolism and had to eat every couple of hours or she would start getting tired but either way having a high metabolism usually doesnt last if you dont do exercise and even if you dont get fat your body will still get kinda flabby and disgusting. Plus all the heaslth risks from eating shitty and not doing exercise dont magically go away if you have a high metabolism.
Also as someone who never played either of the banjo games what i've seen of their level design at least from an outsiders perspective its pretty hard to discern what to do or where to go especially as you get further through the game (mumbos mountain is really well designed in that way though) and from skimming the rest they all seem to be problems that were there in the original or werent an issue purely because of hardware limitations.

Maybe she has one of those wacky nutrient malabsorption disorders, that sounds like late Dumping Syndrome(especially the frequent small meals alleviating symptoms bit). She probably needs to cut the sugar, drink more water, and eat some vegetables.
