I'll never understand how someone can claim to be a girl but sound like Batman gargling rocks. That used to be a comedy bit in movies where you'd have a hot girl who the protagonist compliments trying to pick up and she says - in the deepest voice from the deepest pit - "Thanks". Then he walks away. I feel like a lot more people should be doing that last part.

So the latest update in Chip's MGSV LP covers the infamous rape tapes. He briefly got the most "political" I've yet seen when he mentioned how bad he felt that Tara Strong had to record them and Ironicus immediately said she was an anti-vaxxer, to which Chip said "if alternative medicine worked, it would just be called medicine."
He's completely right, of course, and in context they were just trying to talk over the tapes so they wouldn't have to listen to them in awkward silence, but it's interesting that he didn't rip into Kojima personally over the tapes as so many of his political kin have. If anything was going to make him cross the line I expect it would've been that.

It's probably been addressed but when Psyche did anything related to GG or the MN9 "controversy" years ago it was just embarrassing to watch. The guy pumped out a 40 minute video reading a post about Dina and trying to be dramatic for something he had no investment or connection with. Then there was another where he just hunted around /v/ or at least grabbed screenshots from some SA thread probably mocking them and did the exact same thing like his shtick was high brow, entertaining or funny. Those moments to me really highlighted what a dolt the guy was. Now he just surrounds himself with troons like Ragny who don't even put in the effort to be something they're not (entertaining/a woman), and acts all high and mighty about the things he says on videos on the internet. Best thing he ever did was get drunk for a shopper match in Worms. May as well have been a complete downward spiral after that point.

Browsing this thread over the last few months has been a genuine treat. It's almost depressing to watch people you enjoyed so much in earlier years turn out to be so exceptional, but the constant laughs from their hysterics and the insights from proteus more than make up for it.
On the topic of Psyche, he was the first goon who I unfollowed on Twitter because he wouldn't stop getting political and starting fights. How I wish it was still only him.
It's crazy because she's genuinely the only funny person on his stream outside of the rare Betus appearance. Her complete lack of knowledge or regard for the SA LP "culture" and her relative normalcy really helps to show what a shitshow the audience has become when they react to her not being in line. She said something was "retarded" or something similar once on one of the streams and you could hear slowbeef sweating nervously.

I never really followed psyche since he was never too entertaining, however I remember him going full retard during the whole lowtax-shmorky debacle, especially after slowbeef stepped in defending lowtax with his father point of view.
