The amount of bitching about Bloodborne still being exclusive is legendary. Hopefully the game will be good, but most Souls titles just lose steam halfway through

Nioh succeeded mechanically, but failed miserably at level design and with it's fucking diablo loot. I never bothered with the DLC or Nioh 2 due to that and everything I've read about Wu Long reaffirms me not getting that game either. To be fair, nearly every game attempting to ape From's gameplay has failed at that. Nioh succeeded imo but it's also its own thing.
I do still think is that their ploy is that it feels kind of like crap and the upgrade system will suddenly make you feel a lot more potent. Difference is that in Hollow Knight you only do a fraction of what you can at the start, but still feels good to control. I may replay the demo and focus on blocking instead of dodging and that may make the game click. But stuff like that and how attacking kills any forward momentum gives it a clunk.Im not sure whats to be fair about it. Its either it feels good or it doesnt. If you cant do it well then maybe just change it to make it good instead of dying on the hill.
Very much. I started enjoying Code Vein and even went solo vs most bosses, but near the end I just was so done with it and even summoned human help for the final gauntlet. Elden Ring at least has the excuse of being massive when fatigue start hitting in the mountain of the giants. Aside from Nioh 1 and Code Vein I haven't really played any other soulslikes. I still thinking Lies of P is one of the better ones, but I file it more as a "game I get to scratch on itch while I wait for other stuff".The amount of bitching about Bloodborne still being exclusive is legendary. Thymesia is chinkslop. Cheap clone with repetitive unbalanced gameplay, uninspired environments, negligible story. Saving grace is that it is mercifully short so you don't waste too much time with it. Granted the weapon system is a good foundation but gameplay is not balanced enough to accommodate it. A few upgrades in the right places and you're invinxible. Not that the random moons ever have a chance of killing you. Thymesia makes me rethink my assertion that the Furi devs should have made a game to play in between their boss fightsWith that being said, I really love Thymesia, I think that's the only Souls clone with a personality out there.
And it's better than everything else done in the genre (outside fromsoft, obviously) regardless.Thymesia is chinkslop. Err, do we?It's not a deal breaker, we all enjoy Dark Souls after all.
This game is terrible, it's objectively bad. Miyazaki is a fucking hack. What a depressing and shitty level design. I sincerely can't believe this game was praised back then, I felt cheated.
Was it one of those "add it to the store page on launch day" deals? I hate when they do that shit. The deals are made ages in advance, they just know putting it on display could cost sales due to the poor reputation. Which makes you wonder how much profit they really make by getting the DRM in the first place.>adding denuvo without telling anyone
Won't be buying this, hope it gets cracked soon. Fuck jews treating their players like criminals.
Yes, but people found out 3 days early because of the early pre order bonus. So there was bad press before release anyway lol.Was it one of those "add it to the store page on launch day" deals?

I dunno if it counts really, Gaiman has a crazy amount of die hard fans and him releasing the book for free was probably more advertisement than proving a point. Especially as a good chunk of people prefer hard copies of a book than digital ones. So, unlike with games, both the pricing is way lower, and there is a big difference between the free copy and bought copy.TLDR: Posted the entire book, while it was still selling quite well, for free on his site for a month, then measured a 300% increase in sales from independent book stores afterward.
It should be noted that the jews got to my boy after this and he disavowed this take on twitter.
He mentions places like Russia pirating him. I'm not sure it the independent book stores were Russian or not but I imagine he wasn't that popular or famous in Russia in 2001 when American Gods was published. Probably we'll never get more info on this either way becasue jews in publishing are deathly afraid of it.I dunno if it counts really
Legit kind of surprised it's not a sexy loli female Pinocchio (I think)I will be judging a book by its cover and conclude this game with a faggy looking character and dumb name is not good.
