I'd maybe value the business at that if Labs was a thing, but as vapourware, this is absolutely an overvaluation. Yvonne must be nowhere near as in control as she should be.

LOL this is so gay, he's acting like he never wanted all this, yet why did you hire so much then, why did you make a labs, why do you think you're Armani for nerds? You could make it just 20 people and do 3-4 videos a week comfortably working in the original office space from 2016. I do think there's something in the back there, like he got wind of some SJW union uprising and needs someone to be the real "bad guy" so he looks hip and cool.
One thing I want to mention in case others have the same feeling, I have just given up watching anything from the other channels these days and it largely comes down to the people who are the hosts. I will never watch a video with Riley on it because he is insufferable and always trying to play a bit like it's for his demo reel, James is such a commie fag his words mean nothing, can't stomach Tranthony anymore, ShortCircuit is showcasing more of this David poly-commie-fingernail-painting fag which is a definite no, Dan might be the only one I'd consider watching host something but he seems to have been put into a corner.

If this was a publicly traded company, this might be a change with an actual distinction but it's not uncommon for business owners to hire other people that know how to do "business" stuff. His video comes off as a long and detial filled way to say don't @ me bro.

One, I understand the idea of not wanting to let go of your baby. Your baby's retardation aside, it's still your baby. That aside, $100,000,000.00 for all names, licensing, merchandise, properties, and hardware that falls under the LMG name. You might even get some staff who aren't complete retards when it comes to things; if anything, he seems to have a good video and editing team, and for any of his engineers with actual degrees and such, might be able to pick them up too.
Most of the on camera talent would probably be cut eventually.

Probably, one thing that stuck out to me in the video was the whole bit where Linus goes "I'm not responsible for anything now, the buck stops with the new CEO" because the whole backpack warranty thing must have really gotten to him lol

Playing the devil advocate with a lot of schizo ramblings. I think this new CEO can make things worse.
The guy itself it's very competent but at the same type he's a corpo guy, worked at dell, corsair, ncix and more. While this is a good thing from the standpoint where the channel will be less abnoxius and more well structured, I also believe this will lead to the same thing as the Asus motherboard problems, where they won't call them out to not piss their sponsors.
While we know that LTT is a shill channel, a lot of their fans didn't and they're pissed at him to not call out Asus and while a thing like this to happen from time to time there doesn't harm their brand, if happens everytime it will.

I forget the number he put out; but I remember slightly before the first fracturing of NeoGAF, the owner said he received an offer in the millions (for what is essentially a message board). He didn't take the buyout, then a couple months later he's outed as a sex pest and had the drama that eventually led to the creation of Reset Era. I'm not saying the same is gonna happen here, just something I remember happening; pass on the buyout then everything burns down around you.
