One of the best Linus decisions was to buy the warehouses he works on instead of renting. If the company goes down one thing he can do is rent them, a lot of people doesn't realize but warehouses is one of the kind of building who's in very short supply, even more on big cities, it's rents contracts are usually for 10+ years and companies like Amazon, best buy and others pays around 30k+ a month of rent to it.

If Linus doesn't miss manage LTT to the point that he has to sell their real state, he can still be rich and give a good life to his kids as he has 3(technically 2 + the badminton center) but I don't think his ego will let him ended up his career without going to the ground

You can see Dan has been trying to make things work but he's now being forced to finish things the construction and contractors should have done but they don't because there seems to be no project manager so they just say "not in my contract" and walk. As a millennial watching this, this is what happens when others in my generation are scared to be the bad guy or the dick, even when it's your right to be. Add to it the incel/reclusive attitude of the staff and contractors are probably popping champagne on them, look at what happened with Linus' 3 year pool project.

Contractors are 100% in their right to say "Fuck you, we're done." and walk when they're finished and asked to do more work than they were originally contracted for. Fuck you Linus for
A. going with the lowest bid and expecting them to turn water into wine.
B. for asking them to do more work for free just because you've got the attention span of a goldfish and change plans by the day.
C. not hiring an outside supervisor to co-ordinate crews to make this $30,000,000 clusterfuck over with quicker.
I hope if they did stay to re-do or change all the shit they previously did, they charged the faggot 1.5 or 2x the hourly rate they negotiated or an additional .5x if they were getting paid by the job.

The quality of contractors has been dropping everywhere, but I'm amazed how Linus seems to end up with an F-tier crew every time he contracts out labor. I have to assume it's a mix of him cheaping out by constantly selecting the lowest bidder to do unskilled work and him inserting himself/his employees into the process to cut corners and save cost.

Related, the idea that Linus has been hiring Indians and non-verbal Asian slaves immigrants to stock his vending machine, re-string rackets, and tend the front desk at his badminton centre strikes me as a weird sign of the times in his part of Canada. My experience is that the quality of a club/gym is far more influenced by the disposition and skill of the staff over the resolution of the security cameras. Especially one that is an inconvenient location like Linus'.

Hire the lowest bidder, get the appropriate results. This has been a narc pattern of Faggot for years now of hiring incompetent or shoddy workers for low rates, or using his own employees because he can get away with paying them a fraction of what a professional would cost. An example I've not seen posted here was when he whined that Dennis (I think) gouged his bougie ass hardwood floors with a couch leg, or bed frame, or some piece of furniture while he was trying to move it.
